Welcome to Perks99. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, services, and subscriptions. By using Perks99, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our services.

1. About Perks99

Perks99 is a workplace lunch subscription service that delivers zero-waste meals from local restaurants to innovative temperature-controlled pickup portals stationed at your office. All meals are served in reusable containers and include various perks depending on your plan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Perks99.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew every 30 days unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • All prices are listed in CAD (or local currency if specified).
  • Payment is due at the time of subscription. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
  • Some subscription plans may include complimentary items (e.g., fresh juice) or loyalty rewards after a certain number of orders.

4. Free Trial & Promotions

Perks99 may offer a one-time free trial. Abuse (e.g., multiple sign-ups) will result in suspension.

5. Meal Ordering & Cutoff Times

  • Menus are shared daily via WhatsApp/SMS.
  • Orders must be submitted before the posted cutoff time.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff will not be fulfilled.

6. Delivery & Pickup

  • Meals are delivered to Perks99 smart food portals located at your workplace.
  • Users will receive a QR code for pickup and must retrieve meals within the recommended time to ensure freshness.
  • Perks99 is not responsible for meals left unclaimed beyond a reasonable time.

7. Reusable Packaging & Return Policy

  • Meals are delivered in reusable containers and retro delivery bags.
  • Users must return packaging within 24 hours via the return scanner.
  • Failure to return items on time may result in charges or account penalties.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Perks99 account.
  • Cancellations apply to future billing cycles—no partial refunds are offered for unused days.
  • Orders may be canceled before the daily cutoff time for a full refund or credit.

9. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • Restaurants list common allergens in their dishes. Users are responsible for reviewing ingredients before ordering.
  • Perks99 is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary issues.

10. Account & Conduct

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Misuse of the platform (e.g., fraud, harassment, creating duplicate accounts, or damaging property) may result in termination of your account.

11. Restaurant Partnerships

  • Perks99 partners with local restaurants to offer a diverse rotating menu.
  • Restaurants may change or opt out of the platform at any time without notice.

12. Service Availability

  • Perks99 operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Service interruptions may occur due to weather conditions, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen issues. We aim to notify users promptly.

13. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on Perks99’s website/app are the intellectual property of Perks99 Inc. and cannot be used without permission.

14. Privacy

Your use of Perks99 is governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability

  • Perks99 is not liable for:
  • 1. Delays in delivery or service interruptions
  • 2. Food-related illnesses
  • 3. Losses due to user negligence or unauthorized account access

16. Changes to Terms

Perks99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
